Procurement and policy
- Can we be invoiced instead of paying by card?
- Card checkout is available for Team and Department plans. Enterprise plans support invoicing, NET-30 terms, and purchase orders — contact us and we will set up billing to match your procurement process.
- Do you accept purchase orders?
- Yes, on Enterprise plans. Send your PO requirements through the enterprise form and we will return an order confirmation and invoice.
- Can we move a seat to a different employee?
- Yes. A team admin can disable a seat that is no longer needed and invite a replacement, which frees the seat for the new member. Seats are managed by email from the admin dashboard.
- What is the refund policy for bulk purchases?
- Unused seats are refundable within 14 days of purchase. A seat is considered used once the member has started the test. See the refund policy for full terms.
- What does each seat include?
- A full-length, timed practice test and the per-domain diagnostic — the same paid experience individual candidates get, with no separate per-member charge.
- Can you integrate with our LMS?
- LMS integration is available as an option on Enterprise plans. Tell us which system you use and we will scope it with you.
