Refund Policy

The full timed practice test costs nothing. We provide a free 25-question diagnostic and a complete free practice test specifically so you can judge the quality and style of the questions before spending a cent. Take it as many times as you like.

Because you can evaluate the product in full at no cost, every paid purchase — the $50 (USD) one-time diagnostic unlock and any subscription — is a considered decision and is final.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately, so you will not be billed again.

Cancelling does not refund the current billing period. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not pro-rated or refunded.

There is a single, narrow exception. If a technical failure on our side — for example, prolonged site downtime — prevents you from accessing what you paid for for more than 7 consecutive days, you may contact us to request a refund.

Even in that case, any refund is granted at AMLReady’s sole discretion. We will always try first to restore access so you receive what you paid for.

If you have any concern about a charge, email us before contacting your bank or card issuer. We can almost always resolve access and billing questions quickly.

Filing a card dispute or chargeback that results in a reversal — on a purchase covered by this final-sale policy — may result in termination of your account and a permanent ban from re-purchasing from AMLReady.
